Total Tag can be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt of product for a full refund of the purchase price plus tax. Total Tag must be in its original condition. Shipping costs and tax on the shipping costs (if applicable) are not refundable. Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Total Tag can be returned for up to 1 year if there are any problems with quality of materials or workmanship and will be replaced with the same or currently offered Total Tag model.
